There’s a new flavor coming to Telluride’s Mountain Village. Premiering on August 15-18, 2019, Telluride Reserve Mountain Village Food and Wine Celebration will immerse you in the vibrant tastes of food and wine. For this inaugural four-day event, you can tailor your weekend to your interests from a variety of tastings, many with a maximum capacity of just 50 guests.
Telluride Reserve is designed to be social and interactive, placing you side-by-side with award-winning chefs, winemakers and sommeliers. Select from 17 Taste & Terroir four-course lunches hosted in gorgeous private homes, and engage in an immersive experience of food and wine.
Telluride Reserve will welcome a wealth of talent and expertise for this celebration of food and wine. A few highlights include:
• Enjoy the Taste & Terroir of Santa Barbara through the stories of Winemaker and Sommelier Rajat Parr matched with the culinary skills of Michelin Star awarded Chef Daniel Patterson.
• Learn the intricacies of Italian flavor with Chef Marc Murphy, who will pair with the wine of Bibi Graetz to introduce guests to the Taste & Terroir of Tuscany.
• Meet two generations of the Mondavi family and enjoy wines from Tim Mondavi’s Continuum Estate and his son Carlo’s RAEN Winery.
• Other guests include: James Beard Award-nominated Chef Katy Millard of Coquine, James Beard Award winning Chef Alex Seidel, James Beard Award-winning Chef Jennifer Jasinski, James Beard Award- nominated Chef Mark Tarbell and Master Sommeliers Evan Goldstein, Eric Hemer, Sean Razee and Damon Ornowski.
